public interface TransactionFactory
Strategy interface for creating JTA 
Transaction
 objects based on specified transactional characteristics.
 The default implementation, SimpleTransactionFactory, simply
 wraps a standard JTA TransactionManager.
 This strategy interface allows for more sophisticated implementations
 that adapt to vendor-specific JTA extensions.
